-Due to Covid19, we ask that you wear a mask at all times during your visit with us.
-Please, No extra guests. We would like to give you our full attention and we ask you do the same to ensure a quality visit with us.
-We also ask that you stay off your phone as the quality of your service means a lot to us, mistakes happen, and accidently messing up the nails to answer a phone call can ruin the whole design that we work hard to make as perfect as possible.
-Immediately wash your hands upon arrival & make sure to use the restroom before we begin.
-We ask that any discrepancies be discussed at your appointment, if you leave without speaking up we can not refund/ exchange/ modify anything free of charge.
-Please inform us if you are running behind, or can not make your appointment ahead of time so that we can make the proper adjustments if need be.
-We ask that you inform us of any artwork before hand as it takes preparation and proper time management
-Quality and customizability is our specialty - so please book your appointments on days/times you do not have to rush, as sometimes unexpected dilemmas can come up during appointments.
We do our very best to be on time, however sometimes things happen and we can end up behind.
Deposit is required for new customers.
Upon your third visit you will be considered a regular and will no longer need to pay a deposit.
Deposits go towards your service upon arrival.
Last minute cancellations will result in loss of the deposit, and if you are considered a regular you will be charged 30% of your service.

If by chance you do not have a card on file you will be charged upon booking your next service.
Deposits are only refundable in the event the servicer needs to cancel / has an emergency.
Cancellation IS required 48 hours in advance.
If you reschedule, your deposit will transfer over unless it is not in the 48 hour mark.
After 2 last minute cancellations, you will be put on the "no booking" list.
No call, No show is immediate "no booking" list.
